Ritika Sharma started working as a Software Engineer Intern at Infosys in February 2020 and completed their internship in August 2020. In October 2020, they joined KPMG as a Data Analyst and worked there until May 2022. In 2022, they joined ViewLift and Nexgen IOT Solutions as a Data Engineer.

Ritika Sharma completed their Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Galgotias University from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their 10th and 12th grade education in Science at St. Joseph's Sr. Sec. School in India from 2014 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Ritika Sharma obtained multiple certifications. In June 2020, they completed the "Step into Robotic Process Automation" certification from GUVI Geek Networks, IITM Research Park. In May 2020, they obtained the "DIGITAL SKILLS: ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE" certification from Accenture, the "Fundamentals of Python and Introduction to MSP Program" certification from Microsoft, the "Software Engineering Virtual Experience" certification from JPMorgan Chase & Co., and the "Technocrats Series with MSP MIET Jammu" certification from Microsoft. In April 2020, they completed the "Career Edge Knockdown the Lockdown" certification from TCS-iON Digital Manufacturing Solution and the "Foundational Artificial Intelligence aligned to SSC NASSCOM" certification from SkillUp. Ritika Sharma also participated in an internship program with Infosys in March 2020. Furthermore, they completed the "Web Development" certification from Internshala in June 2019, and obtained the "AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner" certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2021.
