Shamara Green, LPC, CPRP, has over a decade of experience in behavioral health and program management, currently serving as the Program Manager of Day Services at View Point Health since August 2011. In this role, Shamara has supervised a team of professionals and para-professionals, provided individual support and group counseling to clients with severe and persistent mental illness and addictive diseases, and managed comprehensive caseloads including assessments and treatment planning. Previous positions include leadership roles as Interim Team Lead and Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner, as well as internships in school counseling at Rockdale High School and Conyers Middle School. Shamara has also contributed to community services as a Social Service Tech and Residential Service Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in School Counseling from Capella University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The College of New Rochelle.
