Shane Prahl is an experienced professional in land development and environmental management with a proven track record in various roles within the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Land Development Project Manager at View Homes since May 2021, Shane previously held positions such as Environmental Manager at Flatiron Construction, overseeing compliance challenges during the C-470 Expansion, and Project Manager at Premier Earthworks & Infrastructure, Inc. Shane's extensive background includes significant contributions at DR Horton, where responsibilities encompassed developing the NPDES program and managing land development projects across multiple regions. With a Bachelor's degree in Project Management from Colorado State University Global and a solid foundation from prior educational pursuits, Shane has also demonstrated leadership abilities as a Guns Platoon Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps.
