Tuyen Pham Xuan has an extensive background in software engineering, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at both IBM and VietSoftware International since November and October 2005, respectively, while also working as a Software Engineer at Future Company since January 2000. Tuyen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Hanoi National Economics University (2000-2002) and an Engineer's degree in IT for Application from Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (1995-1999). Additionally, Tuyen participated in a program called "Peaceful Life has no Substitute" from 2000 to 2001.
