Lucyna Pawlucy currently serves as a Fault Manager in Quality Management at Viessmann Research & Development Center since June 2022. Prior to this role, Lucyna held the position of Fault Coordinator in Incident Management at Nokia from May 2018 to May 2022, where responsibilities included coordinating developer activities, tracking investigation progress, organizing task force meetings, and verifying fault report accuracy. Lucyna’s earlier roles at Nokia also encompassed positions in Quality Assurance and Change Management. In terms of education, Lucyna completed a Magister degree in System Engineering at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology in 2019 and is currently pursuing a Magister degree in Management, focusing on Managerial Behavior and Decision-Making at the same institution.
