Previously, C P Vinod held the position of Director - Sales & E Commerce at LIXIL India Pvt Ltd, overseeing brands such as Grohe and American Standard from August 2016 to September 2019. C P Vinod's earlier roles include Head of Hospitality & Key Accounts Sales at HSIL Ltd., where responsibilities included developing strategies for brand dominance, and National Sales Head for Queo, a luxury bathware brand, managing pan-India sales and distribution. C P Vinod also served as Regional Head of Sales & Business Development at Hindware, bringing 28 years of experience in sales management, sales transformation, channel management, and P&L oversight. C P Vinod holds a PGCSM in Marketing from IIM Kozhikode.
