Ilona Spijkerman is a seasoned recruitment professional with a background in law and recruitment across various sectors. Previous roles include Corporate Recruiter at DLA Piper and EIFFEL, and multiple legal positions, including Senior Jurist at Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland through EIFFEL. Ilona's early career featured positions in customer service and administrative support. Ilona holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Private Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
