Allison Downs is an experienced professional in both coaching and operations management. Currently serving as a Strength Coach at Vie Athletics since July 2021 and holding a long-term position as Operations Manager at Brookside Business Group since July 2016, Allison has also contributed as an Assistant Operations Manager and Customer Service Representative in the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Basketball Coach at Cascade Christian Jr. High/High School from November 2019 to June 2021. Allison holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Washington, obtained between 2018 and 2020, and a Direct Transfer degree from Pierce College, completed in 2018. Education also includes a High School Diploma from Cascade Christian Jr. High/High School, received in 2017.
