Sushant Ajnikar is a highly accomplished design professional with extensive experience in leading design initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Founder of How Does It Matter.design since December 2022 and holding the position of Head of Design at The Arc since January 2024, Sushant also contributes as a Design Consultant for CureBay and Talent500. Previously, Sushant was the Head of Design at Mosaic Wellness, where responsibilities included bridging brand and product while guiding team ambitions. With notable expertise as a Creative Director at Jupiter Meta, Sushant has led design efforts on projects related to metaverse, AR, VR, and Web3.0, and has developed a skilled team of designers. Educational background includes a Bachelor's in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai and completion of secondary education at St. Aloysius High School.
