Thilina Sirimanne is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Vidullanka PLC since June 2022. Prior to this role, Thilina held similar positions at HEMAS HOLDINGS PLC and Vidullanka PLC, contributing to various HR functions including Learning and Development, payroll administration, and the implementation of HR policies and processes. Thilina's career began with internships and trainee roles, progressively advancing through positions focused on employee relations and training administration. Thilina holds an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University, a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, and a certification in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka.
