Matthew Crouch has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Matthew began their career as a Backing Young Britain Social Media Campaigner at Worth in 2010. In this role, they identified potential UK endorsers of the campaign through social media and helped educate and sign them up to employ more young people.
In 2011, Matthew worked as a Freelance Video Editor/Designer at Glenigan and as a Placement-Developer at Beetleweb Ltd. Matthew then joined Microsoft as a Student Partner, where they worked until 2012.
From 2012 onwards, Matthew worked at Beetleweb Ltd as a Developer, primarily developing Cinolla, an online activity centre booking system. Matthew also maintained bespoke booking, staff, and itinerary systems for Lush. Additionally, they worked as a Technical Tutor and Mentor at Bournemouth University during the same year.
Matthew's most recent position is Senior Software Engineer at Vidsy, which they joined in 2018. As part of the Creative Excellence team, they are responsible for developing the front end across Vidsy's range of applications. Their role also involves matching creators with suitable briefs and helping them achieve their full potential.
Throughout their career, Matthew has gained experience in software development, web development, video editing, and social media campaigning.
Matthew Crouch pursued their education in a systematic manner, starting with their A-Levels from 2007-2009 at Northampton School for Boys. During this time, they focused on Computing, Maths, and Geography. Subsequently, from 2009-2012, Matthew attended Bournemouth University, where they specialized in Interactive Media Production, with a primary focus on Digital Media and Computing.
