Shay Wilson has extensive experience in the glass manufacturing industry, currently serving as the Furnace Design and Maintenance Specialist at Vidrala since September 2001. Prior roles at Encirc Glass included Technical Development Manager, Engineering Manager, and Electrical Engineer, focusing on electrical maintenance for IS machines, batch plants, furnaces, and Forehearth. Shay's education includes a Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from BIFHE and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the College of Technology, complemented by additional studies at South West College.
