Erwan Huhardeaux has extensive work experience in the digital industry. Erwan co-founded Vidmizer in 2015 and served as the Chief Innovation Officer, focusing on AI and machine learning. At Vidmizer, they developed a SaaS platform for carbon-neutral video distribution and streamlining post-production processes.
Before founding Vidmizer, Erwan co-founded The Smartworking Company in 2007. As a co-founder, they established a social media training collaborative and digital platform aimed at managers. The company provided blended learning solutions and had numerous high-profile clients.
In 2012, Erwan joined IDEAL Connaissances as the Head of Digital & Social Networks. Erwan played a key role in developing a digital training and collaborative platform.
From 2008 to 2012, Erwan worked at Full Performance, a Deloitte Technology Fast 50 company, as the Deputy General Manager of Digital Marketing Innovation Software. Erwan was responsible for leading the consulting and strategic planning department, managing teams, and driving sales through performance marketing solutions.
Prior to joining Full Performance, Erwan worked at IPG - MCCANN WORLDGROUP - MRM WORLDWIDE in their digital department. Erwan served as a Manager in Digital Consulting & Strategic Planning and contributed to the development of digital platforms.
Erwan's career began in 1991 when they co-founded 2001 Corp. The company focused on digital animation production software and was acquired by Toon Boom Technologies. Their software is now widely used by major companies such as Disney, Dreamworks, and Fox.
Erwan Huhardeaux began their education at Ecole Alsacienne where they completed their Baccalauréat Scientifique degree from 1986 to 1988. Following this, they attended Sciences-Po Paris from 1992 to 1995 and earned a Master's Degree in Master II - Section Economique et Financière. In 1995, they also completed their Master I in Droit des Affaires, droit bancaire et financier from Universités Paris XI. From 1996 to 1998, Erwan pursued a Master II in Sciences de Gestion - Management de l'innovation technologique & formation à la recherche from Universite Paris XII/Ecole Centrale Paris. Continuing their education, Erwan attended Taiwan Chinese Culture University - Mandarin Learning Center (MLC) from 1997 to 1999, undertaking an Advanced Course in Mandarin Business & Cultural Course. Later, in 2012 to 2013, Erwan enrolled in Harvard Manage Mentor, where they completed courses in Leading & Motivating, Strategic Thinking, and Innovation and Creativity by HBP Corporate Learning.
