Naurah Anandya Mahendra has work experience in talent acquisition and employer branding. At Vidio, they were responsible for the full-cycle of talent acquisition for Vidio and sister companies, building partnerships with universities and tech-related communities, curating content for employer branding channels, and crafting employer brand communication strategies. Naurah also has experience in people development at Mekari and completed a human resources internship at the Central Bank of Indonesia.

Naurah Anandya Mahendra attended the University of Brawijaya from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management.
