Milo S. Thomas is an experienced professional in customer engagement and operations, currently serving as VP of Customer Engagement and Operations at Videon since September 2021. Previously, Milo held multiple leadership roles at Avail Technologies, Inc., including Sr. Director of Customer Experience and Operations, where responsibilities encompassed project management, customer success, and strategic initiatives. With a strong background in project management and customer experience, Milo has managed high-visibility client engagements and implemented VOC analytics. Milo's earlier experience includes senior project management roles at ASG, along with teaching mathematics at Detroit Southwestern High School and serving as an IT intern. Milo holds a Master of Business Administration from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Eastern Michigan University.
