Sharon Lee is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and leadership roles. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at VideoAmp since February 2020, Sharon has also held positions as Interim Chief Legal Officer, Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, and Vice President and Senior Counsel focused on Legal & Privacy. In addition, Sharon is a member of Chief, a network aimed at empowering women executives. Prior experience includes serving as Principal and Senior Vice President, Counsel at Wilshire, where leadership encompassed multiple divisions, and roles at Dealertrack Technologies as Corporate Counsel, among others. Sharon's career began in prominent firms such as Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, and academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Binghamton University.
