Elliot Blackmore is an accomplished educational leader and coach, currently serving as Deputy Head Teacher at Bradstow School since August 2021, where notable achievements include leading initiatives that contributed to securing an Outstanding Ofsted Judgment in July 2023. Alongside this role, Blackmore is involved in coaching, holding positions such as Head Coach and Forwards Coach at Thanet Wanderers RFC, as well as DPP Coach at Saracens RFC. Additional experience includes roles as a Rugby TV/Film Consultant in the film and television industry, a blogger for Rugby Coaches Blog, and various coaching and advisory positions across multiple organizations, including Gravesend RFC, Rugby Football Union, and Whitefield Academy Trust. Blackmore's educational qualifications include an NPQH from UCL, a PGCE in Physical Education and Sport from the University of Greenwich, and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field.
