Russell Iran has a diverse work experience in customer service and management roles. Russell started their career in 2008 as a collections specialist at iQor and was eventually promoted to Resolutions Supervisor/Senior Agent. In this role, they handled customer service, technical support, and retention, and was responsible for resolving customer complaints and promoting conflict resolution. In 2014, Russell worked as a Sales Representative at NETCAST BPO Services, focusing on providing excellent service and fostering relationships with customers. Russell then worked as a Customer Support representative at Outbounders.com, where their goal was to make a positive impression on customers and provide excellent service. Russell also worked as a Virtual Assistant, providing professional administrative, technical, and creative assistance remotely from home. In 2014, they joined VidCruiter / Video Interviewing as a Remote Senior Manager / Performance Manager.
Russell Iran completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Systems Plus College Foundation from 2006 to 2008.
