Peter Adintori, MS, RD, CSO, CDN, CNSC has worked in the nutrition and dietetics field since 2015. Peter began their career as a Research Assistant and Clinical Research and Metabolic Clinic Coordinator at Mount Sinai St. Luke's. In 2017, they worked as a Dietitian Consultant at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, a Clinical Dietitian, Neurosurgical ICU and Staff Relief at Montefiore Health System, and a Per-Diem Clinical Dietitian at CareRite Centers. Peter also worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in 2017. In 2018, they joined VidaFuel as the Chief Clinical Dietitian. In 2019, they began working as a Clinical Research Dietitian at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and an Adjunct Clinical Professor at Pace University - College of Health Professions. In 2022, they will be an Adjunct Clinical Professor at NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development and a Research Consultant at Culina Health.
Peter Adintori holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Connecticut, which they obtained in 2014. Peter also holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Teachers College, Columbia University, which they obtained in 2019. In 2016-2017, they completed a Dietetic Internship at Teachers College, Columbia University. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences from NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development.
Adintori also holds multiple certifications. Peter obtained a Registered Dietitian (RD) certification from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2017, a Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN) certification from the New York State Education Department in 2020, a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) certification from the NATIONAL BOARD OF NUTRITION SUPPORT CERTIFICATION INC in 2020, and a Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition (CSO) certification from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2020.
