Jeff Dickerson is an experienced corporate attorney currently serving as Corporate Counsel at VIDAA since September 2022, where responsibilities include contract negotiation, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property protection on a global scale. Prior to VIDAA, Jeff was a Private Investor and Options Trader at World's Smallest Hedge Fund, managing investment portfolios and evaluating private businesses for acquisition. Jeff's extensive background includes roles such as VP of Corporate Development at Level 3 Communications, CEO of Cobra Legal Solutions, and Managing Director of Corporate Development at AT&T. Jeff also held the position of Senior Operations Counsel at BellSouth International and was a Partner at Alston & Bird LLP. Jeff earned a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BS in Economics from Northeastern University.
