Lew Estabrook

Director of Chiropractic at Vida Integrated Health

Lew obtained his Undergraduate at Washington State University and a degree from the professional college at Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1985. Since then, he has been in practice in the Kirkland area for 30 years and has built his large practice on using chiropractic care on a short-term basis stressing self-help techniques. He is also well known for working in a ā€œTeam Medicineā€ approach, working closely with medical physicians, physical therapists, acupuncturists and massage therapists for more comprehensive care to resolve issues with the body.

Dr Estabrook has worked closely with many providers in the healthcare field (MDā€™s, Physical Therapists, Massage Therapists and Acupuncturists) and high level athletes from many sports. He was a past consultant of Seattle Seahawks, Swedish Medical Group and Franciscan Medical group. He was a past medical team provider for University of Washington intercollegiate Athletic Dept. Seattle Sounders (MLS team), Seattle Reign, Seattle Storm, Olympic Training Center and USA Track and Field and selected to cover for an international event (by US Olympic medical committee), Olympic Cup. He was also selected by the Washington State Governor to be on the Chiropractic Quality Assurance board (4 years) and past Washington State Delegate for American Chiropractic Association (2 years). Other honors include being voted ā€œbest in Seattleā€ by his peers and published in Seattle Magazine ā€“ 7 times! He was also voted ā€œBest in Seattleā€ by the general public published in Seattle Metropolitan magazine: He has been in practice for over 30 year and has dedicated his time to continuing advancing his skills to help patients

Dr Estabrook uses multiple chiropractic techniques, by doing so he is able to customize each adjustment that he does for his patients; examples of these techniques are gentle traditional chiropractic treatment, Palmer Package, Drop-Piece technique, activator, blocking, positional release technique (for those who do not want to hear the ā€˜popā€™ noise from their back or neck), Graston, Activator and many muscle / myofascial techniques.
