Pankil Panchal started their work experience in 2017 as an intern at YUVA Unstoppable, where they worked at the grass-root level to promote digital literacy in rural areas. Pankil then worked as a summer research intern at Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology in 2019. In the same year, they joined Monocept as a software engineer and later moved on to Tekion Corp in 2020, where they initially served as an associate software engineer before being promoted to a software engineer role. Pankil's most recent work experience is at VIDA Digital Identity, where they currently work as a software engineer.

Pankil Panchal completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology from Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology between 2016 and 2020. Prior to that, they attended Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Government School from 2014 to 2016, focusing on science in grades 11 and 12.
