Ilen H. has over 15 years of experience in the IT field. Ilen began their career in 2004 as a Software Laboratory Assistant at Bina Nusantara University, where they were responsible for preparing, executing, and evaluating lab-based course materials. In 2006, they moved to PT. Anantayasa Teknokriya Persadanet as an IT Specialist. In 2008, they joined PT. Abhimata Persada and PT Indopay Merchant Services (subsidiary) as a Project Manager. From 2012 to 2018, Ilen H. worked at Kartuku as a Senior Project Manager and Service Excellence Head. During their time at Kartuku, they were responsible for the overall project management function, providing leadership, coordination, and management of PMO processes and functions. Ilen also successfully transformed PMO to Service Delivery Division. In 2018, Ilen H. moved to Mastercard as a Customer Delivery, where they were responsible for synthesizing customer needs and operational environment to Mastercard solutions. Ilen is currently working at VIDA as the Head of Service Delivery, where they are responsible for setting up a seamless process and team for Customer Delivery.
Ilen H. has a Master of Business Administration from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya, which they completed in 2013. Ilen also has a Bachelor of Computer Science from BINUS University, which they completed in 2006. Additionally, Ilen H. obtained a Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance in September 2013.
