Julienne Ayinkamiye is a skilled Geospatial Data Scientist at VIDA since August 2022, following experience as a Data Scientist at HYDRO OPERATION GREAT LAKES and a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University Africa. At Carnegie Mellon, Julienne led lab sessions and prepared lesson plans for machine learning recitations. Prior experience includes a Data Science Internship at Rwanda Revenue Authority focused on data wrangling and network analysis for fraud detection, as well as roles as Expansion Associate and Product Associate at Bboxx, utilizing GIS tools for market evaluation and overseeing product development. Julienne's career began with an internship as a Water Treatment Officer at Water and Sanitation Corporation. Julienne holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University Africa and a Bachelor's degree in Water and Environmental Engineering from the University of Rwanda.
