Statha Kremmyda, SHRM - SCP, currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at VICTUS Networks, a position held since July 2021. Prior to this role, Statha was the People Operations Director at Softomotive from February 2020 to June 2021. Statha's extensive experience in human resources includes significant positions at Nokia, such as Head of Country HR for South Europe and Country HR Manager for Greece & Albania, as well as roles at Novartis Oncology and Dell. Statha's early career features HR leadership roles at Carrefour Marinopoulos and Minerva Edible Oils Enterprises. Statha holds a BSc in Law from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an MBA from ALBA, complemented by training in Executive Coaching.
