Jon Dilworth has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent role is as a Production Performance Lead at Victrex, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at ABP Food Group as a Continuous Improvement Manager from November 2021 to February 2023. Jon also held the position of C I Manager at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions from July 2021 to November 2021. Before that, Jon worked at Greencore as a Business Improvement Coordinator from May 2018 to July 2021. In addition, they have experience as an LSS Black Belt at Greene, Tweed & Co from October 2006 to April 2018. Jon also worked as an Engineering Manager at Crompton Small Motors from October 2001 to October 2006 and as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Brook Crompton Electric Motors from October 1999 to October 2001.

Jon Dilworth attended the University of Birmingham from 1982 to 1985 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
