Jessica Long (Assoc CIPD) currently serves as a Learning & Inclusion Advisor at Victrex since August 2019, following a brief tenure as a Human Resources Advisor at the same company in late 2017. Prior to that, Jessica held the position of People and Culture Manager at Sirius People from January 2018 to June 2019, and worked at Get Qualified Australia from May 2014 to July 2017 in roles including HR Manager and HR Business Partner. Jessica has also contributed to the HR and recruitment functions at Make it Cheaper Australia from February 2012 to May 2014, and has experience as a Senior Sales Consultant and Sales Consultant at Convergys from June 2006 to October 2010. Jessica holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Central Lancashire and an Associate's Degree from Hopwood Hall, Rochdale.
