Er Rupa Gopalan has extensive experience in HR processes and systems, currently serving as HR Global Process Owner at Covestro since June 2015, where responsibilities include optimizing end-to-end HR processes while focusing on Time Tracking, Absence Management, and International Mobility. Previous roles at Covestro included Global Process Analyst Junior and Senior Service Specialist, specializing in Workday and SAP, where support involved Compensation Mobility and Payroll Integration. Prior to Covestro, Rupa held positions as Senior Consultant and Consultant at VACS Technology Pvt. Ltd., specializing in SAP BPC, SAP ABAP, and SAP PI. Rupa began a career at Infosys as a Systems Engineer, managing over 700 interfaces and resolving technical issues. Rupa holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Instrumentation from Vidyavardhini's College of Engineering and Technology.
