Glenn Walkley Stubbs has diverse work experience in the field of engineering and education. Glenn started their career as a Science and Mathematics Tutor at Syncro Education, where they strengthened their communication and organizational skills. Later, they worked as a Student Ambassador at The University of Manchester, promoting the university to prospective students and participating in recruitment activities.

Glenn then embarked on an industrial placement as a Process Engineer Student at Unilever, where they applied mathematical and engineering skills to improve the quality and efficiency of laundry product production. After that, they joined H.E.L Group as a Process Development Engineer and Project Manager, overseeing the production of bespoke research equipment and ensuring they met clients' specific needs. Glenn'sresponsibilities included process flow and piping design, equipment testing, and onsite installation.

In 2021, Glenn joined Peli BioThermal as a Manufacturing Engineer - Services EMEA, providing technical assistance for the operation and expansion of service centers in the EMEA region. Glenn implemented process improvement ideas to streamline the service operation.

Currently, Glenn is working at Victrex as a Process Engineer, responsible for implementing improvement projects and problem-solving to maximize productivity at the Seal Sands (Teesside) Site.

Through their work experiences, Glenn has developed strong technical, problem-solving, and project management skills in the engineering field.

Glenn Walkley Stubbs completed their Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Manchester, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.
