Frank Schemm is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of market development and business operations, currently serving as the Market Development Manager (Global) for Transportation at Victrex since October 2010. In this role, Frank is dedicated to advancing global mobility towards sustainability while prioritizing ambitious ESG targets, focusing on the adoption of durable, lightweight designs through high-performance thermoplastic composites and innovative manufacturing technologies. Previously, Frank held various leadership positions, including Regional Sales Team Leader for EMEA and China in Aerospace and Europe Pipes Leader for VICTREX Pipesā„¢, as well as roles in business development and technical marketing at LyondellBasell and Basell Polyolefins. Frank began a career in product support and technical service at Montell Polyolefins, contributing to diverse market segments across Europe.
