Steve Grubbs is the CEO of VictoryXR, a training company focused on AR, VR, and mobile. Steve was previously the Network Chair at YPO - Young Presidents' Organization from January 2004 to December 2022. Steve is also the founder of ChalkBites, Inc., which they ran from October 2014 to August 2020. ChalkBites owns Paradigm, a training and gaming facility which also hosts esport tournaments on the weekends. Prior to ChalkBites, Steve was the CEO of VictoryStore.com.

Steve Grubbs graduated from the University of Iowa with a J.D. and B.B.A. in Law and Finance.
