Dave Hageman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital strategy, campaign management, and virtual reality. As the Founder and Partner at Objective Media since January 2020, Hageman leads a team that deploys innovative data and tech solutions for clients, having successfully placed tens of millions in digital advertising for major corporations. In addition, as Co-Founder of VictoryXR since January 2017, Hageman has contributed to the company's growth in virtual reality applications across various sectors, including agriculture and education. Previously, Hageman served as the Missouri State Director for John McCain's 2008 campaign and as the Executive Director of the Missouri House Republican Campaign Committee from 2003 to 2007, where notable electoral successes were achieved. Hageman holds a degree in Business Administration from Lincoln University (MO), earned between 1998 and 2002.
