Jason Wedner is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in restaurant and operations management. Currently serving as Director of Operations and General Manager at Victory Restaurant Group since May 2017, Jason has previously held positions such as Restaurant Manager at the University Club of Chicago and General Manager/Sommelier at Rare Steakhouse. Additional roles include Jggagm at The Bartolotta Restaurants and Food and Beverage Manager at the River Club of Mequon, along with a brief tenure as Bar Manager at Mo's A Place For Steaks. Jason is an alumnus of Milwaukee Area Technical College.
