Hesham Kadry Montasser is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in project management and technology coordination. Currently serving as the Director of Technology and PMO Director at VictoryLink since August 2015, Hesham manages cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of projects within budget and on schedule, while also conducting performance assessments and strategizing with senior stakeholders. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at Tawasol IT and Project Manager at Modern Telecom Systems, where Hesham successfully managed project lifecycles, stakeholder relationships, and risk management. Early career experiences encompass technical coordination with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in Egypt and various engineering roles at Modern Telecom Systems and Alfa Electronics. Hesham holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Cairo University.
