Amy Grasser has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Amy started their career at Target, where they worked as an Executive from 1997 to 2004 and later as a Store Team Leader from 2004 to 2006. From 2006 to 2008, Amy worked as a Director at Finney County Convention and Tourism. Amy then moved on to Hydro Resources, where they served as a Controller from 2008 to 2010. Amy then joined Trinidad Drilling, LP as a Lead HR Generalist from 2010 to 2014. Currently, Amy is the Vice President of Corporate Services at Victory Electric Cooperative Association, a position they have held since February 2014.

Amy Grasser obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Bellevue University in the years 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 1998 to 2000, and Northwest Missouri State University from 1996 to 1998, though their degree and field of study for these two institutions are not disclosed.
