Connor Staats is an experienced school counselor currently working at Victory College Prep since July 2020, following a role as an elementary school counselor at St. George Elementary from August 2019 to July 2020. Expertise includes planning and teaching over 40 lessons weekly on mental health and conflict resolution, serving on leadership committees, and developing crisis management and wellness programs. Prior experience includes a graduate assistantship in athletics at Kansas State University, where Connor organized tutoring programs and supported student-athletes academically. Additionally, Connor's background includes leadership training as a travel consultant for Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity and a strong educational foundation with a Master's degree in Counselor Education from Kansas State University.
