Chris Smeltz currently serves as the Campus Pastor at Victory Church in Lancaster, PA, managing the Ephrata campus since January 2019. Prior to this role, Chris held various positions at Bethany Grace Fellowship from July 2008 to December 2018, including Associate Pastor and Youth Pastor. Chris's early career included a position as Survey Chief at Brubacher Excavating Inc. from May 2005 to June 2008. Educationally, Chris completed one year of concentrated Bible studies at Lancaster Bible College and Capital Seminary & Graduate School between 2004 and 2005, and attended East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania from 1999 to 2000.
