Sean Flanagan has over a decade of experience at Victory Brewing Company, where various roles include Key Hourly Manager, Server Trainer, Administrative Assistant, and Host Lead. Responsibilities have ranged from overseeing the hiring and training of over 500 new employees to managing day-to-day operations and enhancing customer seating processes. Additionally, Sean served as an Owl Team Leader at Temple University, guiding nearly 500 students during orientation. Sean holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Temple University and is a graduate of Downingtown West High School.
