Philip Smyth LPC, LCADC, CCS, CCTP, ICGC-II, CDBT is an experienced professional in the field of substance use and mental health counseling. Currently serving as the SUD Program Manager at Victory Bay Recovery Center since September 2019, Philip is responsible for administrative duties and the development of policies for intensive outpatient programming, alongside supervisory roles in counseling. As the owner of Safe Bet Counseling since September 2020, Philip also utilizes expertise in addressing gambling-related issues. Previously, important roles include Substance Abuse Counselor at Sobriety Solutions NJ and Lakeside Recovery Center, where Philip facilitated various treatment programs. Philip holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Health Counseling from Drexel University, complemented by an Associate degree in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling from Camden County College.
