With over 10 years of leadership experience in the Debt Recovery, legal, and enforcement industry, Jon previously worked as International Collections Manager at Federal Management Ltd from June 2005 to December 2021, becoming well-versed in legal, enforcement, mediation, and dispute resolution processes both in the UK and internationally. Jon is an alumnus of the University of London.
