Kristian Hallin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and construction management. Currently serving as Regionchef and Head of Business Development at Victoriahem since June 2022, Kristian leads teams focused on business and operations development, business control, and purchasing, while driving projects in property management and operational improvement. Previously, Kristian held various leadership positions at Akelius Residential Property AB from July 2017 to June 2022, including Head of Construction Programs and Acting Head of Construction Europe, managing global construction programs and teams across major European cities. Earlier roles include Senior Supply Chain Manager at Dahl Sverige AB and several positions at NCC, where responsibilities ranged from product and concept management to sustainable renovation development. Kristian holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and has additional education from Stockholm University.
