Nick Coleridge-Watts is an experienced professional in the recruitment industry, currently serving as Managing Director at Victoria Wall Associates (VWA) since January 2016, with previous titles including Co-Managing Director, Director, Associate Director, Head of the Temporary Desk, and Consultant. Prior to this, Nick held the position of HR Assistant at The Blackstone Group from January 2014 to December 2015, having started at VWA as an Agency Worker in October 2012. Nick's early career included working as an Agency Worker for First Recruitment Services from September 2007 to September 2009, predominantly at the National Association of Head Teachers.
