Lisa has played a significant role in managing locations during the COVID-19 pandemic and has a rich history of seconded positions across various roles, demonstrating versatility in leadership and customer service. Prior to VicRoads, Lisa served as Bistro Manager at Kalkallo Hotel for over a decade, emphasizing skills in hospitality and customer service, and began a career at BOC South Pacific, where multiple roles provided a solid foundation in customer relations and finance. Lisa completed education at Whittlesea Secondary College.
