Maarten Kraan serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Citryll since February 2024 and holds the position of Director at CDS Advies BV since November 2020. As the Owner and Managing Director of CDS GmbH since October 2017, Maarten also contributes as a Board Member at Toleranzia AB and Vicore Pharma AB since June and May 2018, respectively. Previously, Maarten was the Chief Medical Officer at AM-Pharma until August 2023 and Head of R&D at Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals from September 2018 to July 2020. Additional experience includes Adjunct Professor of Rheumatology at Sahlgrenska Academy from June 2015 to June 2020 and Head of R&D at Stallergenes Greer for a brief period in early 2018. Maarten's academic credentials include a PhD in Synovial Tissue analysis, an Internal Medicine/Rheumatology Speciality Degree, an MD, and a BSc in Physiotherapy, all obtained from Leiden University and HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
