Per Reinhall began their career in 1982 as a Professor and Chair at the University of Washington. In 2013, they Co-Founded Marine Construction Technologies. In 2014, they Co-Founded VICIS, Inc.

Per Reinhall received their PhD from Caltech in 1982, having studied there from 1978.
