Christopher Smith joined Vicinity Energy in January 2020 and currently holds the position of Vice President, Treasurer & Capital Investments. Prior to that, Smith worked as a Finance Manager at Veolia North America from June 2013 to December 2019, where Christopher focused on financial planning & analysis for various business sectors. Christopher also had a summer internship at Glencore in 2012, gaining experience in commodities trading. Before that, Smith worked as an Assistant Vice President at Brown Brothers Harriman from July 2006 to July 2011, specializing in commercial banking for companies involved in commodities trading. Smith holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Cornell University.
