Maricriss del Rosario has worked in various positions throughout the years. Maricriss began their professional career at Target in 2017 as a Guest Service Representative for a few months. In 2018, they joined LendingClub as a Member Support, where they worked until 2019. At LendingClub, they provided support to members during their financial transactions. In 2019, they joined HoneyBook as a Member Experience Associate, where they played a crucial role in providing exceptional service to members via email, chat, and phone. Maricriss also collaborated with UX/UI, Product, and Engineering teams to address any issues members faced. Currently, they are employed as a Jr. Graphic Designer at VICI, starting from May 2023.

Maricriss del Rosario's education history includes a High School Diploma from Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory, obtained from 2010 to 2014. Maricriss then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Communication and Media Studies at the University of California, Riverside, attending from 2014 to 2018. Later, they enrolled at the Academy of Art University, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in Graphic Design between 2020 and 2022.
