Katie Swanson has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2011, they were a Property Manager for Self-Employed. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Program Manager for USP Technologies and a Global Product Manager for Garratt-Callahan Company. In 2014, they volunteered for the Junior League. In 2018, they founded Swanson Waters, where they focused on product introduction to potential clients through education at trade shows, ā€œcoldā€ site visits and market research. In 2020, they were a Project Director for AWR Environmental. In 2021, they were a Head of Fund Operations for VC Lab and a Regional Program Manager for Capture H2O. Currently, they are an Interim Marketing Operations Manager for VICI and a Venture Partner for Ecosphere Ventures.

Katie Swanson attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Chemical Hydrology. Prior to that, they attended Willamette University from 2009 to 2010. No additional certifications were listed.
