Ale Gambini is an LA-based Italian food writer, cookbook author, and award-winning host chef in web series. Since 2013, they have been a contributor and Italian Food Ambassador for I Love Italian Food, a contributor for EXPO 2015 S.P.A., and a contributor for Honest Cooking. In 2016, Ale published their cookbook, A Queen In The Kitchen, with SuperOttO Publishing. In 2019, they became the owner of Q Cannoli Catering and Fresh Up Your Life for BLAD/A Queen in the Kitchen/I Love Italian Food. In 2021, Ale became the Brand Ambassador for Vicenzi S.p.A. and in 2022, they became a Judge for the International Chocolate Awards Americas.
Ale Gambini has a diverse education history. Ale has a Therapeutic Music Entertainment degree from C.E.M.B in Milan, Italy. Ale also attended Liceo Classico E. De Amicis in Milan, Italy. Additionally, they hold a Certified Chocolate Taster certification from IICCT, a Certified Tea Master certification from Dilmah School of Tea, a Certified Introduction to Pastry Arts certification from The French Pastry School, and a Certified Cacao Ceremony Facilitator certification from Cacao Mastery.
