Miguel Leno has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Miguel started their career as a Professional Drummer for the alternative rock band Occult 45 from 1997 to 1999. Miguel then worked at Perot Systems Government Services as an Automated Liaison, providing technical support and configuration for hardware and software within the Library of Congress. Miguel joined CARFAX next, where they served as a Service Desk Analyst and later as a Service Desk and Mobile Device Administrator. Here, they resolved troubleshooting tickets and deployed software across the enterprise. In 2014, they joined Resolvit as an IT Support Specialist, providing support to internal and remote users. At First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation, they worked as a Service Desk Manager, overseeing desktop support technicians and improving workflows. Currently, Miguel is a Lead Helpdesk Support Technician at Vibrent Health, where they manage a support team and provides incident and request support for various healthcare providers and program participants.
Miguel Leno completed their education history as follows: Miguel obtained a Certification of Completion in Windows Server and Networking from Learning Tree, where they attended from 2005 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's Degree in Electrical Computer Engineering Technology from Tampa Technical Institute, where they studied from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, Miguel obtained certificates in ITIL Foundations in IT Service Management from PeopleCert in 2018 and Desktop Central Professional from Manage Engine in 2011.
